Is there a contract or lock-in period?
+No. Every plan is month-to-month, so you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade whenever you need to. You are never tied into a fixed term.
Is there a free trial?
+Yes. You get 14 days with no credit card required, and full access to every feature in your selected plan for the length of the trial.
Can I manage multiple branches from one account?
+Yes. Pro supports up to 3 branches and Custom supports unlimited locations. You run all of them from a single centralised dashboard with per-branch staff permissions.
Getting Started
How long does onboarding take?
+Most cafés are fully live within 2 business days. Enterprise clients receive dedicated on-site training and a migration specialist.
Can I import my existing menu?
+Yes. Use our CSV import template, or let our team migrate it for you during onboarding.
Product & Features
How does the loyalty integration work?
+You configure your loyalty rules once in the Management Software, whether that is stamp cards, points, or tier rewards. Customers install their cards straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and any cashier can look up and redeem rewards from the tablet during checkout.
Does the Cashier POS work offline?
+Yes. Till sessions, orders, and payments keep working without internet. Everything syncs automatically the moment the connection returns.
What about Self-Order Kiosk and Kitchen Display?
+Both are in active development and will roll out to existing Pro and Custom customers at no extra cost when released.
